What makes your figurines special?
They are entirely hand painted one at a time by an artisan in France. We don't use decals or any machine made application, just one painter, one paint brush. Only this way do these cycling figurines truly become collector items. Each run is limited to only 200 figurines. When they sell out, that is it!
Why are some figurines more expensive than others?
It is incredibly time consuming to have to paint high quality, detailed mini cyclists. This is the primary reason the collector editions cost twice the price of the standard figurines. We have decided to offer figurines at these two price points for all our customers, depending on what they intend to do with them. Whilst the prices may be different, both styles are entirely hand painted one at a time and both come in the same premium, gift ready packaging.
What if I want an item that is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email after the order has been processed. It generally takes only a couple of days to get out of stock items back in and we will let you know when we expect more stock to arrive. You will be given the option for a refund on the the out of stock item, refund on the whole order, or to post the out of stock item when it is received back into stock.
How do I pay?
We use Paypal as our payment gateway. You don't need a Paypal account to pay as you can also pay by credit card. Paypal ensures your payment details are completely secure from start to end. You will be billed by Smilek Cycling Pty Ltd and once payment has been confirmed, redirected back to www.bicycleage.com.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card/ Paypal account is charged immediately, and you will receive an email confirming your order. Once the goods have been dispatched, you will receive a delivery notification email that will contain your tracking number.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver world wide. We recommend you nominate a delivery address during the check out step where somebody will be in attendance to ensure the goods arrive safely.
How long will delivery take?
We will always do our best to dispatch orders within one working day of receipt of order.

What about customs charges?
If your delivery address is within Australia, GST has already been calculated into the price.
If delivery outside of Australia, you may need to pay for any local customs charges. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
How do I track my order?
You can check the status of your orders by clicking on http://auspost.com.au/track/ and entering your tracking reference as provided in your delivery notification email.
How do I cancel an order?
If you have already placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible because orders are usually dispatched the same day. If the goods have already been sent, please wait to receive the goods and follow the procedure for returns. Unfortunately we cannot make any changes or redirect goods once they have been dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 15 day returns policy. If you wish to return any goods for refund or exchange, simply email us for a return authorisation number (RON). Once you receive a RON, simply send the goods back to:

We accept returns as long as the goods are in their original, unopened condition. We cannot accept goods that are damaged or have been used. If the goods do not meet their intended purpose or description, we will also reimburse you for return postage. We think it’s only fair. Refunds and exchanges are processed after goods have been returned and evaluated. Refunds are not accepted for change of mind.
What is your warranty policy?
All our goods are covered by a one year warranty from the date of purchase (warranty period). The warranty guarantees that during the warranty period, the product will with normal use and service be free from faulty parts, manufacture and workmanship. The warranty does not cover defects that arise due to normal wear and tear or abnormal use. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact accounts@BicycleAge.com for a return authorization number (RON). Once a RON has been issued, simply send your product to BicycleAge for warranty assessment.
